Turbo+ AWD!!!!!

Tell them you need a raise because you want a Legacy SpecB.

I do get a lil bump in pay at the end of the year but just not enough. There is a Spec B with 80k miles for $15k in Ohio, lol. Looks nice!

It's 4BR, 3BA, 2000sq ft. Met most of the neighbors today. Including the nosey old lady across the street. And we have room in the backyard for a garage. He also is willing to upgrade to a tankless hot water heater. Let us pick out all of the colors, granite, stain for the hardwood floors, carpet for the upstairs, and how we want it landscaped. I'm getting really excited.

damn, I want a house, eventually I'll be trading car payments for a mortgage. The WRX is probably the last vehicle I make payments on, the rest will be used cars paid in full :cough:AP1:cough:

I'm a HUGE fan of the tankless hot water heaters. I had one in Italy and its totally worth it IMO. They're expensive up front but so amazing to have hot water on demand like its no one's bidniss otherwise.

On a food note. Jason, Joshes, we need to go here: http://www.thegermanpantry.com/

They have a billion differn't types of sausage and a ton of BIER!

Dawn, Justin is talking to Jason about a Subie. Now, I no longer want one. :giggle:

Justin is going to follow the crowd. I'm not knocking him. All of his friends are jumping ship and he has the $ to blow. I've been there. I was 20 once. I bought a truck. lol. We just have to keep him from ricing it out and reminding him that he isn't Travis Pastrana or Ken Block. If he puts a Monster sticker on it, I'm personally going to beat his a55.

The smoke is killing me today.
